These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Seedworks Studio (hereinafter "the Provider") and any professional or individual client (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to purchase its digital products or services.
Prices are quoted in euros (€) excluding tax. VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (basic exemption, subject to threshold limits). Payment is made via the methods indicated at the time of order (credit card via Stripe, bank transfer).
Any deposit paid is non-refundable if the Client cancels after work has commenced.
Delivery timelines are defined in the quote or purchase order. They are indicative and may change if the Client is late in providing the necessary materials.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, with the express agreement of the consumer. For downloadable digital products, immediate access constitutes a waiver of the right of withdrawal.
The Provider's liability is limited to the amounts actually received for the service in question. The Provider shall not be held liable for indirect damages.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before resorting to legal proceedings. Failing that, the competent court will be that of the jurisdiction of the Provider's registered office.
